Common Questions Before Getting in Touch
What information should I include in my first enquiry?
The more detail, the faster we can respond. Ideal first enquiry includes: bag type (tote, shoulder, clutch, etc.), target material, approximate quantity per order or per month, destination market, and target unit price. Reference images or a tech pack are helpful but not required.
Do you accept enquiries from brands of all sizes?
Yes, though our factory partners typically have a minimum order quantity of 200 units per style. We work with brands placing 200-unit trial orders as well as established retailers placing 10,000+ unit orders per season.
Can I visit factories in Southeast Asia?
Factory visits are welcome and encouraged for larger orders. We coordinate factory visits to Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia on request. Contact us to arrange logistics — we’ll handle introductions and translation.
Is there a fee for your sourcing service?
Our sourcing service fee is built into the product pricing — there is no separate retainer or service charge. You receive a factory price plus our sourcing margin, which remains competitive with direct-factory pricing once the value of our QC, documentation, and coordination is accounted for.
